From the supplier: The manager of the Catalina Shores apartment building in Las Vegas, NE, was faced with a unique problem when a couple residing in the property reported being tormented by ghosts. According to the professionally employed tenants, the visitation first occurred one New Year’s Eve when a shifting of the earth supposedly left an opening that freed tormented spirits. The on-site residential manager and two police officers were not able to do anything about the ghosts, prompting the couple to temporarily leave the apartment. When the property manager refused to allow the couple to prematurely break the lease agreement, it threatened to sue. In the end, the manager just allowed the residents to move out without penalty so long as they do so within a month. This prompted the manager to design a new lease agreement requiring tenants to pay additional rent for ghosts in their apartments.
